「財團法人臺東縣賴純純藝術文化基金會」於2024年成立，延續1986 年SOCA 誕生以來近四十年的藝術理想，並以依傍都蘭山、面向太平洋的「SOCA Dulan」作為當代藝術發展基地。
基金會以都蘭山海的浩瀚自然為啟示，深耕於自然與社會的交界，致力於推動

About Jun T. Lai Art and Culture FoundationIn 2024, Jun T. Lai established the "Jun T. Lai Art and Culture Foundation," carrying forward nearly forty years of artistic ideals since the inception of SOCA in 1986. Nestled against Mount Dulan and overlooking the Pacific Ocean, "SOCA Dulan" serves as the base for contemporary art development.Inspired by the vast nature of Dulan's mountains and sea, the foundation is deeply rooted at the intersection of nature and society, dedicated to promoting:
